We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location of this place is perfect, as it is situated on the main street between two major metro stations. It is conveniently located within a couple of minutes of walking distance from the train station and is conveniently in the city center. The staff here was very helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the room amenities, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a dressing area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The dining restaurant offered a great selection of delicious food, and the staff was attentive and efficient. we were very satisfied with the quality of service and the hotel facilities offered here.
As for the cons, there was nothing negative to mention about this hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

I loved the staff and the nearby Spa center. Upgraded to a bigger room, nice wood flooring. The bathroom is huge and I love it. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of Taipei. MRT stop is close. Easy to use subway system. Plenty of Ubers and Taxis. Parking garage available.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with oversized beds and a sunken bath. The design of the hotel was modern and had a natural feel, with wooden floors and furniture. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, including homemade bread, salad bar, and made-to-order egg items. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a short walk to a department store and the metro, and plenty of taxis available.
The check-in process was delayed, and the staff did not seem apologetic. The work table in the room was small and not suitable for business travelers.

It's located close to two different metro stations, making it easy to explore the busy districts and main shopping areas. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants right in the alleys around the hotel. the police station nearby adds an extra sense of safety.
The hotel lacks amenity services and the internet is slow based on some reviews.

As a solo female traveler, I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was perfect. The staff, though primarily Chinese-speaking, had no problem understanding and communicating basic English. The location couldn't be better, with everything within a 10-20 minute walk - food, shopping, night market, bars. The modern rooms with a focus on Taiwanese designers were impressive, and the strong Wi-Fi connection was a bonus. The availability of items for sale in the room was a unique touch, and the full-sized, good quality toiletries were a pleasant surprise. Plus, having a police station next door made me feel safe and secure. Highly recommended!
Can recommend this hotel.

Within a few minutes of walking distance, you'll find the train station, two major metro stations, and the popular Sogo shopping center. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right beside a police station and close to Zhongxiao Fuxing station. Being close to two MRT stations made it very convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the Taipei East Metro underground shopping street, which was a great place to shop. The staff were friendly and helpful, and communicating in English was no problem at all.
Hard to think of anything.
